1. Introduction
Welcome to Asni Rez (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Asni Rez is a B2B travel technology company registered as ASNI REZ Services, operating from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, under the parent entity ASNI LTD UK. We operate the brands Asni Tours, Asni API, and Travel Yamu.
Our core service is a multi-tenant travel platform that enables tour operators, OTAs, and experience brands to build, run, and scale their travel businesses. Our offerings include:
- AI Website Builder — generate full travel websites with AI-powered page creation, hero sliders, product blocks, and SEO-ready content
- Booking API Platform — connects tour and activity suppliers with online distribution channels including Viator, TripAdvisor Experiences, and other travel marketplaces
- Tour Booking Engine — curated tours, multi-day packages, and add-ons in a seamless booking experience
- Guest Messaging Tool — unified inbox for WhatsApp, Facebook, and email conversations
- Yamu.Pro — link shortening, tracking, and campaign analytics
Our platform supports multi-product management (tours, physical and digital goods), unified cart and checkout, booking confirmations, invoicing, and AI-generated content.
By accessing or using our services at asnirez.com, asniapi.com, travelyamu.com, yamu.pro, or any related platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Send spam, unsolicited communications, or bulk messages through our systems
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
- Use the platform to transmit malicious code or harmful content
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity
3. Email Communications
Asni Rez sends transactional emails only through our sending domain asniapi.com. These emails include:
- Booking confirmations
- Booking cancellations
- Booking amendments and updates
- System notifications related to active bookings
All email recipients are registered business partners with an existing commercial relationship. We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional content through our transactional email system.
4. Anti-Spam Policy
Asni Rez maintains a strict anti-spam policy. We explicitly state:
- We do not send unsolicited emails of any kind
- All email recipients are opted-in business partners with an existing commercial relationship
- We do not purchase, rent, or acquire email lists from third parties
- All emails sent are transactional in nature, triggered by booking activity on our platform
- We are fully compliant with the CAN-SPAM Act (United States), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (European Union), and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) (United Kingdom)
Any partner wishing to stop receiving transactional emails may contact us, and we will promptly address their request, subject to any ongoing contractual obligations.
5. Account Responsibilities
As a registered user of our platform, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and passwords
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensuring that your contact information remains accurate and up to date
6. Intellectual Property
All content, code, APIs, documentation, branding, trademarks, and proprietary technology on our platform are the exclusive property of Asni Rez and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform or its content without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Asni Rez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information stored therein
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service
- Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the service by any third party
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
